What would you do if summer finally decided to appear and you found out that your air conditioning unit has given up the ghost. Cry? Rant and rave? Beat someone up? Write an "Ode to Air Conditioning"? Swear like a sailor? What?
No really, I'm asking...I am sitting in a pool of my own sweat in an 85-degree house and I need to know what I can do to make myself feel better. So far nothing is working and I'm ready to do all of the above just for heck of it.
I miss my AC. I don't think I appreciated it as much as I should have before I found myself without it. Oh, the bitter pains of loss when you discover you've taken something precious for granted.

I could have written this myself. Our is out too! Thank goodness the basement is cool (and finished)!!
Just hollar if you need to come to my house and sit in the AC for a few minutes!
Oh Amy! That sucks! I am sorry, I hope ours lasts another summer! It is already too small for our house! That is what you get with cheap builders! Love ya!
Oh man! Come on over...ours is working. I went one day without it last year and thought I would die before it was fixed!
When I lived in Georgia, ours went out in the middle of JULY!!! It was horrible. Tell the air company that you have an infant in the house and they may expedite your service. (That's what our service guy did even though there was no baby.)
I think that I would sit and sweat and be grateful that I'm not pregnant in the summer time, that may just cool me down a little thinking about how extra hot you feel being pregnant.
Ours was out too!!! Just got it fixed an hour ago. Come on over!!! We'll have lunch.
