I've been wanting to make stockings for several years now. I found a cute (and easy) idea the other day and decided to put my new sewing machine to the test.
I think I'm officially hooked. I have totally enjoyed the sewing projects I've done in the last couple weeks and am looking forward to doing more. All I want for Christmas is some spare time. I know it's not likely, but a girl can dream, can't she?

I've been wanting to do stocking too! Did you use a pattern? How'd you do it? I love the thing to hang them on too. We don't have a mantle so we'll need to do something like that too.

So cute! And really, how do you find the time? Your house and kids are always in order, planning the ward party, running here and there, plus you find a free moment to sew...I need you to come organize my life for me so that I can enjoy fun projects. What kind of machine did you get?

Oh, no no no no no no no no...I think we'll have to get a dog so the hook can be occupied without me having to attempt another pregnancy.
