Happiness

Some of you will be shocked to find out how easily I can attain a sense of peace and contentment. You would never have guessed from my oh so slender girlish figure that I enjoy food. (I'm throwing on some heavy sarcasm here.) That's right. Food + Amy = Happiness.

So imagine my delight at noticing that not one but TWO of my favorite places to eat are currently under construction a mere 5-ish minutes away from my home! Oh JOY! I'll be checking often on the progress and keep you updated. Once Olive Garden is completed I will be claiming an official "Girls Lunch" day. You're all invited. The more the merrier. By the way, Nat...the drink you recommended (Strawberry Siciliano, or something like that) is TO DIE FOR even if it costs an arm and a leg.

Side note: Food + Amy does NOT = my 25-year old body. Dang.

I was so excited too when I saw that Olive Garden was coming in, start packing on the pounds now. I've never had Paradise Bakery, I love bakeries though! Can't wait. I'm totally in for girls lunch out.

Hooray! and guess what. The Lehi magazine says we're getting Kneaders Bakery, Carino's, Texas Roadhouse and Emmett's. Yeah!! We should start a weekly restaurant mommy "play date". Food, glorious food!

Amy Davidson delivers further good news! We'll never have to leave Lehi/A.F. again! Wahoo!

You must tell how fish drown.

Rochelle, you're totally invited. Next time you're in Utah we'll have an honorary "Girls Lunch With Special Guest Rochelle" lunch at Olive Garden.

No idea how fish drown. It was just a random fact I found that I too cannot believe. :)

FYI Olive Garden is east of Target. At the light on the north corner. Paradise Bakery is just before that. :)

It's about time huh! Although, I wouldn't mind getting a Training Table too. There is something about not having to leave a tip that makes me happy!

Hey,
I can always get my eat on - call me :) I added you to my blog roll. Now we can be online friends too.

Wish I could join you for lunch. What do you do with all the kids?

I love, love, love Olive Garden. Our closest one is twenty minutes away. If there's one thing I miss about Utah, it's all the restaurants. It's truly crazy how many there are there.

p.s. I love that I'm "Seelyman" on your sidebar!
